I have decided to show you my favourite old hollywood stars. I love them because they all have something different about them, a "star quality" if you will. This list is based on my personal opinion, so if you're shocked that Marilyn wasn't at the top, or that Katherine Hepburn wasn't in the list, let me know! Share your opinion, and let me know what you think, and who you think should be in the list, and who shouldn't! 

I find all my choices to be amazing talented beautiful ladies, with faces that are not only beautiful but legendary. 

 

Bettie Paige

Bettie Paige, would have to be my favourite of all. She's a very famous Pin up and fetish model. I think what is so attractive about her, is very girl next door smile, and all the while she can be wearing the sexy outfit, you've ever seen, but you just can't get past that beautiful smile! She was also Playboy's January 1955 playmate.

 

Elizabeth Taylor

Elizabeth Taylor is one of the most gorgeous if not the most gorgeous actress of her time. She's just so radiant, classy, and stunning.

 

Marylin Monroe

I don't think Marilyn Monroe, needs much of an introduction! She's the blonde bombshell, who took the world by storm, men wanted to sleep with her, and girls wanted to be her. She is a legend and alot of people don't know that she was also very intellectual.

 

Betty Grable

Betty Grable, was a very famous actress, staring alongside Marilyn Monroe at one point. Her pin up photo (above) is one of the most famous pin up photos of all time. Betty Grable is inspiration for alot of women, one of them being Dita Von Teese.

 

Jayne Mansfield

Jayne Mansfield was in my opinion the sexiess hollywood actress of her time, even above Marilyn Monroe! She was proud of her body, especially her breasts, which you can see in alot of pictures. She was also the first actress in a Hollywood motion picture with sound, to appear nude. Jayne Mansfield was also a Playboy Playmate in Febuary 1955.

 

Maila Nurmi aka "Vampira"

Now you might think it's a bit strange that I have added Maila Nurmi into this list, but personally I think she is beautiful, even as Vampira! Maila (Vampira) hosted a horror show in the 1950s. And although she's not what everyone would call attractive, I find her fascinating and gorgeous.

 

Grace Kelly

Grace Kelly was sure named correctly. She has class, glamour, and a gorgeous face. She was an actress turned princess, and it's not hard to see why! She is everything a princess should embody and more.

 

Audrey Hepburn

Here is another actress who needs no introduction. With a face and personality like hers, how could she go unoticed?! One of the greatest actresses of all time, she is also known for her extensive humanitarian work.

 

Veronica Lake

Again, another famous actress, she was alsoa trend setter with alot of women adopting her hair style.She was only 151cm tall but what she lacked in height she made up for in beauty.

        Rita Hayworth     

  Rita Hayworth, another actress and also a dancer, starred in 61 films, over 37 years. She was also named one of the Greatest actresses of all time by the American Film Institute. Before acting she was a nightclub dancer.                                  

Sally Rand

   Sally Rand, was an actress in the silent film era. Her most famous appearance though was at the 1933 Chicago World's fair when she was arrested four times in a single day during the fair because of riding a horse in the nude. She is also known for "Sally Rand's nude ranch" which was in 1936 at Fort Worth.
